Prince William is in trouble because of Corona
Prince William recently assumed the position of the sponsor of the National Emergency Fund, but his comments on the crisis of the spread of the new Corona virus (COVID-19) raised a controversy among Internet users.
The President of the National Emergency Fund, Lord Danat, said at the inauguration Declaration Conference: “With Prince William’s continued support for the National Fund from its launch last November until the Corona crisis, we are pleased to give the Duke of Cambridge the new sponsor of the Fund.”
In turn, Prince William expressed his honor of the new position, commenting: “I think Britain is in its best condition when it faces a new crisis, we support each other and keep our morale at its best.”
According to the site, the reactions to Prince William’s comments were negative. Although his goal was to demonstrate the power of British society, he was motivated by a spirit of enthusiasm.
The criticisms that Prince William faced caused him to make “Tind” on the social media site “Twitter”, as some saw that the British people do not need to be in the best state during the crises. All they want is the end of the crisis and the return of normalcy.
“I don’t know what you think, but I don’t think my country will be at best, when more than 10,000 people have been declared dead so far,” wrote one Twitter user.
In contrast, Some users thought the anger with which the prince’s comments were met was exaggerated, especially as some of his words were abducted outside her context.
